Then after reading it, you’re going to do what I did and you’re going to ask, which prenatals contain L-Methylfolate? So then I found this source: http://www.empr.com/prenatal-vitamins/article/125903/. You can find the prenatals that contain L-methylfolate. Or you can just buy L-methylfolate separate from your prenatal.
