How it Works

We want to help as many people as possible, even if we’re not your primary clinic. And that’s why we accommodate both ultrasounds and bloodwork for monitoring patients like yourself. You’ll still receive the same exceptional service as our primary patients!

• You’re doing an egg retrieval or transfer at another fertility clinic. This also applies to gestational carriers and donors.

• It’s not practical for you to travel to your primary clinic for frequent monitoring visits. Instead, you visit a local clinic, like ours, for ultrasounds and bloodwork. 

• Your primary clinic oversees your treatment plan, not Dr. Aimee. If you have any questions about your treatment, your primary doctor is the best person to contact.

The Process

1. Fill out the Monitoring Patient Interest Form, and we’ll confirm your request within 48 hours.
2. Ask your clinic to send us a monitoring order for ultrasounds, bloodwork, etc. An order must be emailed to us at [email protected] before we can schedule each appointment. Note: If you wish to schedule a uterine PRP with our office, you do not need a monitoring order from your clinic.
3. Call our office at 925-277-0600 and let us know your clinic has sent your monitoring order, and that you’d like to schedule your appointment.
4. We’ll schedule your monitoring appointments and bloodwork at our San Ramon office, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
5. We’ll perform the necessary ultrasounds and bloodwork as per your primary doctor’s instructions. 
6. Payment is collected at your appointment. If you’re a gestational carrier or donor, we’ll collect payment from the surrogacy agency or intended parents.
7. We’ll send the ultrasound scans directly to your primary doctor (and to you upon request) the same day as your appointment. Some bloodwork results may be ready the same-day while others may take 1-3 days.
8. Continue following your primary doctor’s treatment plan and return for further monitoring as instructed.

For efficient processing of visits to our office, please review these items before scheduling your monitoring appointments and blood work.

Services and Fees

We do not accept insurance and operate as a cash-based practice. Payment is due on the day of your appointment and can be made in our office using credit card or cash.

• Ultrasound: $460
• Blood Work (E2, P4, CBC, hCG, LH, FSH, AMH): $100 per test
• Saline Sonogram: $520
• ExEm Foam: $600
• Blood Draw Only (Venipuncture): $35
• Endometrial Biopsy: $750
• Uterine PRP: $750
• Medication Coordination & Management: $550 (For patients traveling internationally and need support in ordering meds. You’ll receive a link to make payment online)
