We proudly serve many patients. We take pride in welcoming up to 35 patients daily, including fertility patients from all over the country. It’s our responsibility to ensure that each patient receives the care they need and deserve.

Medical Assistant

Full-Time, Onsite

You bring a proactive “get-it-done” attitude and the ability to think ahead. Juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment excites you and is second nature to you. In this role, your primary focus is to support Dr. Aimee in ensuring flawless execution of our clinic schedule, administrative duties, facility maintenance, and ensuring our patients feel at ease.

You’re the first friendly face our patients see when they walk through our doors. Plus, you’re also responsible for ensuring the financial health of our practice. It’s a unique role that calls for a skillful blend of meticulous billing and a genuinely friendly demeanor.

Your primary focus will be working closely with Dr. Aimee, our solo practitioner, to ensure that our patients’ treatment plans and timelines are executed flawlessly. Given the numerous deadlines within a patient’s cycle, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as constant interaction with patients is a key part of the role.

This includes promptly collecting patient medical history and diligently tracking each patient’s onboarding timeline.
